Power Inductors

Vishay Power Inductors handle high transient current spikes without saturation and withstand high temperatures of up to +180°C. These devices feature shielded construction and low DCR/μH in a variety of package sizes. Vishay Power Inductors have ultra-low buzz noise due to the composite construction. The inductors offer an inductance range of 47nH to 680µH, maximum DC current from 1.7A to 125A, and maximum DC resistance from 230µΩ to 159.43Ω. The portfolio includes power inductors that are AEC-Q200-qualified or have an integrated E-Shield for maximum EMI reduction.

IHCL4040DZ Coupled Inductors / Dual Inductors

Vishay / Dale IHCL4040DZ Inductors are viable at high temperatures (up to 155°C) and feature the low DCR/μH in this package size. These devices handle high transient current spikes without saturation and have a frequency range up to 5MHz. The devices offer ultra-low buzz noise, due to the composite construction. The coupling for this series is >90% (optimized for SEPIC converters). The IHCL4040DZ Inductors are lead (Pb) free and RoHS compliant.
