KDZLVTRx Zener Diodes

ROHM Semiconductor KDZLVTRx Zener Diodes a small power mold type diodes featuring silicon epitaxial planar structure and high reliability. These Zener diodes offer 1000mW power dissipation and 150°C junction temperature. The KDZLVTRx Zener diodes are stored at -55°C to 150°C temperature range. These Zener diodes are ideal for use in voltage regulation and are available in an embossed tape package.
