T10 Low/Medium Voltage MOSFETs

onsemi T10 Low/Medium Voltage MOSFETs are single N-channel power MOSFETs in 40V and 80V categories with improved performance, enhanced system efficiency, and high power density. These power MOSFETs feature low RDS(on) to minimize conduction losses and low capacitance to minimize driver losses. The T10 low/medium voltage MOSFETs provide low QRR and a soft recovery body diode. These MOSFETs comply with the RoHS and are Pb-free and Halogen-free/BFR-free. Typical applications include Synchronous Rectification (SR) in DC-DC and AC-DC converters, the primary switch in an isolated DC-DC converter, battery protection, and motor drives.
