PFTR™ Roller Bearing Fasteners

PEM PFTR™ Roller Bearing Fasteners are low-friction rollers that can replace the high-friction of simple slide shelves, obviating the need for expensive sliding-rail assemblies. These low-profile bearings can be captivated with either a clinch or flare, resulting in a cost-effective tray slide technique. The PFTR™ roller bearing fasteners offer simple installation and ease of design in limited-footprint-spacing applications while eliminating the need for any oil lubricants or loose hardware. These roller bearing fasteners support loads while guiding and positioning components and are easily installed into pre-punched or drilled holes in sheets as thin as 0.040”/1mm.
