AEC-Q101 Discrete Products
Micro Commercial Components (MCC) AEC-Q101 Discrete Products includes switching diodes, Zener diodes, standard and Schottky rectifiers, NPN/PNP transistors, and N+P channel MOSFETs. These discrete products feature a moisture sensitivity level 1 and UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The AEC-Q101 discrete products are halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant. These discrete products are ideal for use in lighting, cameras and HUD, infotainment, Battery Management System (BMS), and Body Control Module (BCM).
