EVAL-ADuM4136 Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADuM4136 Evaluation Board enables the testing of the ADuM4136 gate driver's desaturation circuitry. The ADuM4136 single-channel gate driver is optimized to drive insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) with voltages up to 35V. The ADuM4136 includes an integrated desaturation detection circuit to protect against high-voltage, short circuit IGBT operation. The EVAL-ADuM4136 is specifically designed to evaluate ADuM4136's standard desaturation detection. The board provides locations for three different types of discrete switches. Analog Devices EVAL-ADuM4136 screw terminals offer access to the secondary side with a single or dual supply.

Analog Devices Isolation - All

Isolated Gate Drivers

Analog Devices Isolated Gate Drivers feature iCoupler® technology. The iCoupler technology provides reliability and performance advantages over designs using optocouplers or pulse transformers. The isolated gate driver family offers 50ns propagation delay (max.), less than 5ns channel-to-channel matching, 400Vrms working voltage for a 50-year lifetime, and galvanic isolation.
