The CMPA5259050F GaN MMICs are designed specifically for high efficiency, high gain, and wide bandwidth capabilities. The device is ideal for 5.2-5.9GHz radar amplifier applications. The CMPA5259050F has a matched impedance of 50 ohms and is available in a 0.5" square ceramic/metal flange package.
