This absolute encoder provides a high-resolution single-chip absolute linear or rotary encoder solution. The iC-PZ absolute encoder offers unique features, such as FlexCount® and FlexCode®, guaranteeing high flexibility regarding encoder resolution and diameter. This absolute encoder supports BiSS, SSI, and SPI as digital interfaces to ensure easy system integration. The iC-PZ absolute encoder features an absolute single-turn resolution of 22-bit (∅ 26 mm) with on-chip interpolation and configurable analog outputs. Typical applications include low-height, absolute optical position encoders, factory automation and robotics, servo motors, and linear actuators.
