ML56 NuMicro® Low-Power Microcontrollers (MCUs)

Nuvoton ML56 NuMicro® Low-Power Microcontrollers (MCUs) are based on the embedded 1T 8051-based CMOS core running up to 24MHz speed. These MCUs feature 64KB Flash memory, up to 4KB Flash for user program loader (LDROM) share with ARPOM, and 4KB SRAM. The ML56 MCUs include a Watchdog Timer (WDT), self-Wake-up Timer (WKT), two ISO7816 smart card interfaces, two SPI, and two I2C interfaces. These MCUs are integrated with a capacitive touch sensing circuit with a touch key controller, supporting up to fourteen independent touch channels with a low-power feature. The ML56 MCUs are used in applications such as thermostats, measurement devices, and home appliances.
