The AD74115 A/D converters are single-channel, software-configurable input and output devices. The devices are built for industrial control applications. The converters offer functionality for analog I/O, digital I/O, and 2-, 3-, and 4-wire resistance temperature detector (RTD) measurements incorporated into a single-chip solution with a compatible serial peripheral interface (SPI).
