Developed for system application engineers, the board supports motor‑drive development up to 48V and 150A, making it well‑suited for next‑generation brushless direct current (BLDC) and permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) motor systems. The Infineon EVAL_MTR_48V150A_GaN integrates eight parallel CoolGaN transistors in a half‑bridge configuration, enabling high‑efficiency operation (up to 99%) at switching frequencies from 50kHz to 100kHz.
