SCT01F, SDT01F, & SFT03C/T DC-DC Converters

XP Power SCT01F, SDT01F, and SFT03C/T DC-DC Converters are available in 1W and 3W options with 1K, 1.5K, and 2K isolation for easy integration into industrial, technology, and instrumentation applications. The SCT01F series features 1W devices with single unregulated outputs from 3.3V to 15V_DC and 1kV_DC standard isolation in a compact SIP4 package (11.6mm x 6mm x 10.2mm). The SDT01F 1W DC-DC converters come in a SIP7 package (19.65mm x 10.2mm x 6mm) with 3.3V to 15V_DC single and dual unregulated outputs and 1.5kV_DC isolation, suitable for applications requiring higher isolation and dual voltage rails. The SFT03C/T 1W modules feature reinforced 2kV_DC isolation, single and dual regulated outputs from 3.3V to 15V_DC, and a SIP8 package (22.3mm x 10mm x 11.3mm). All three of these XP Power series are ideal for isolating voltage rails in distributed power supply architectures, such as analog, digital, data, and relay circuits.
