Electro-Mechanics (SEMCO) Automotive MLCC

Samsung Electro-Mechanics Electro-Mechanics (SEMCO) Automotive MLCC doubles the capacitance of the existing 1206-inch, 100V product lineup and meets the requirement for miniaturized high-capacitance MLCCs. This capacitor achieves 4.7μF capacitance at a rated voltage of 100V. The SEMCO automotive Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor operates within the -55°C to 125°C temperature range and is AEC-Q200 compliant. This capacitor is ideal for automotive powertrain and safety systems.

CL High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs

Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer high capacitances in small sizes. These capacitors feature an X7R temperature characteristic with a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and a 4VDC to 100VDC rated voltage range. Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs enable dense component placement near ADAS SoCs without issues. Designers can implement the desired composition in a small space with high capacitances ranging from 0.1µF to 47µF with a ±10% tolerance.
