AP21x2A Dual Channel USB Power Switches

Diodes Incorporated AP21x2A Dual Channel USB Power Switches are current-limited integrated high-side USB power switches optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications. The Diodes Incorporated AP21x2A dual channel USB power switch family of devices complies with USB standards and is available with both polarities of Enable input. These USB power switches have fast short-circuit response time for improved overall system robustness and an integrated output discharge function to ensure completely controlled discharging of the output voltage capacitor.
