SiC544 40A VRPower® Integrated Power Stage

Vishay Semiconductors SiC544 40A VRPower® Integrated Power Stage is designed for high-current, high-efficiency, and high-power-density synchronous buck applications. The Vishay Semiconductors SiC544 is housed in a compact 4.5mm x 3.5mm MLP package. The SiC544 supports up to 40A continuous current per phase. Featuring Vishay’s advanced Gen IV TrenchFET® technology, its internal power MOSFETs minimize switching and conduction losses for industry-leading performance.

Optically Isolated MOSFET Drivers

Vishay Optically Isolated MOSFET Drivers provide the voltage required to drive the gate of a low-voltage MOSFET. The gate voltage is generated by photovoltaic cells, and no power supply is needed on the output side. This simplifies designs when using low-voltage MOSFETS. The single channel VOM1271T provides 8.4 V output voltage with an input forward current of just 10mA. The dual channel VO1263AACTR provides 14.5V output voltage.
