bq41Z50 Battery Pack Manager

Texas Instruments bq41Z50 Battery Pack Manager incorporates Dynamic Z-Track™ technology and is a fully integrated, single-chip, pack-based solution. It provides a rich array of gas gauging, protection, and authentication features for 2-series, 3-series, and 4-series cell LiPO, Li-ion, and LiFePO4 battery packs. Using an ultra-low power 32-bit RISC processor and its integrated high-performance analog peripherals, the bq41Z50 device maintains and measures an accurate record of available voltage, cell capacity, temperature, current, and other critical battery parameters. It reports them to the system host controller using an SMBus v3.2 compatible interface.
