RN242SM PIN Diode

ROHM Semiconductor RN242SM PIN Diode features low capacitance and an ultra-small mold package suitable for high-frequency switching. This PIN diode offers high reliability and low high-frequency forward resistance. The RN242SM PIN diode is designed using epitaxial planar type construction and comes in an SOD-523 package. This PIN diode features 100mA forward current, 100nA reverse current, and 0.35pF capacitance between terminals  The RN242SM PIN diode is RoHS compliant and operates within the -55°C to 150°C temperature range.
