121 Series High Performance Thermal Gels

Wakefield Thermal 121 Series High Performance Thermal Gels (Thermal Putty) are silicone resin-based flexible gap fillers. These thermal gels feature low thermal impedance, minimal oil bleeding, and excellent extrusion properties. The 121 series thermal gels resist cracking and dripping, while their thickness and shape can be precisely controlled using automated dispensing equipment. These thermal gels are ideal for filling gaps between heat-generating electronic components and heat sinks. The 121 series thermal gels are soft, apply low assembly stress, and provide excellent compressibility and wet-out performance, suitable for applications with complex gap thicknesses.
