Diodes Incorporated PI2DPT1021Q Bi-directional ReTimer is a high-performance, automotive-grade, and bit-level ReTimer designed for USB Type-C and DP1.4 applications. This ReTimer features receiver adaptive CTLE and transmitter 3-tap equalization, which can compensate for channel loss of up to -23dB in 5GHz signal transmission. The PI2DPT1021Q ReTimer supports data rates up to 10Gbps, making it ideal for high-resolution video and fast data transmission. The integrated AUX/SBU switch allows automatic mapping of DisplayPort AUX signals to USB Type-C SBU lines, simplifying design and reducing external components. This ReTimer supports multiple configuration modes, including 4-lane DP, 2-lane DP/1 lane USB3.2 Gen1x1/Gen2x1, 1/2 lane USB3.2 Gen1x1/Gen2x1 or USB3.2 Gen2x2, all controllable via an I2C interface.
