TPSMA6L20A-AQ TVS Diode

Diotec Semiconductor TPSMA6L20A-AQ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode is an AEC‑Q101 qualified unidirectional diode built in SMAF (DO‑221AC) low‑profile package. This diode offers a 600W peak pulse power rating (10/1000µs waveform) and unidirectional clamping. The TPSMA6L20A-AQ TVS diode features 20V working standoff voltage and 24.5V maximum breakdown voltage. This diode exhibits a maximum clamping voltage of 32.4V and maintains a low reverse leakage of 1µA. Typical applications include over-voltage protection, ESD protection, and free-wheeling diodes.
