MAX4146x UHF Sub-GHz ISM/SRD Transmitters

Analog Devices MAX4146x UHF Sub-GHz ISM/SRD Transmitters are designed to transmit On-Off Keying (OOK), Amplitude-Shift Keying (ASK), Frequency-Shift Keying (FSK), and Gaussian (G)FSK (or 2GFSK) data in the 286MHz to 960MHz frequency range. The device integrates a fractional phase-locked-loop (PLL) so that a single, low-cost crystal can be used to generate commonly used sub-GHz frequencies. The response time of the PLL allows for frequency-hopping and spread spectrum protocols for increased range and security. The Analog Devices MAX4146x architecture offers greater modulation depth, faster frequency settling, higher tolerance of the transmit frequency, and reduced temperature dependence.
