AD4002/AD4006/AD4010 18-Bit SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. AD4002/AD4006/AD4010 18-Bit SAR ADCs are low noise, low power, and high-speed ADCs that operate from 1.8V supply voltage. These ADCs feature ease of use, reducing signal chain complexity/power consumption and enabling higher channel density. The AD4002, AD4006, and AD4010 provide 2MSPS, 1MSPS, and 500kSPS throughputs respectively. These ADCs provide high-Z mode and long acquisition phase to eliminate high-power, high-speed drivers and broaden the range of low-power precision amplifiers. The AD4002/AD4006/4010 ADCs are used in automatic test equipment, machine automation, medical equipment, battery-powered equipment, and precision data acquisition systems.
