TLE9180D-21QK 3-Phase Gate Driver IC

Infineon Technologies TLE9180D-21QK 3-Phase Gate Driver IC controls six external N-channel MOSFETs forming an inverter for high current 3-phase motor drives. This gate driver includes two integrated current sense amplifiers for shunt signal conditioning. The IC module features the integrated load current measurement and detailed diagnosis that supports safety-relevant use cases. Infineon Technologies TLE9180D-21QK 3-Phase Gate Driver IC operates at a 5.5V to 6V supply voltage range and offers 2A output current per channel. The device is suitable for 12V, 24V, and 48V battery voltages and is ideal for use in cooling fans, oil pumps, water pumps, HVAC compressors, and commercial and agricultural vehicles.
