Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. TVS Diode Arrays SPA®, SP3006 Series

Littelfuse SP3006 Series SPA® TVS Diodes include ultra low capacitance back-to-back zener diodes to protect high-speed ports of electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The robust diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The very low loading capacitance of the Littelfuse SP3006 makes it ideal for protecting high-speed data lines such as USB2.0, USB3.0, HDMI, and IEEE 1394. This device is ideal for use in a variety of applications, including game consoles, LCD/PDP TVs, DVD players, desktop computers, digital cameras, and more.
