MACOM MAMX-011035 GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) Double-Balanced Diode Mixer offers low conversion loss, high linearity, and a wide Intermediate Frequency (IF) bandwidth of DC to 6.0GHz. The double-balanced circuit configuration of the MACOM MAMX-011035 provides port isolation while internal 50Ω matching simplifies its application. This device is ideal for applications such as test and measurement, microwave radio, and radar.
