This MOSFET offers a low total gate charge (Q_G) and capacitance to minimize driver losses. onsemi NTBLS4D0N15MC MOSFET lowers the switching noise/EMI and features 187A maximum continuous drain current (I_D) and 150V drain-to-source voltage (V_DSS).
