NEH71x0 Inductorless Energy Harvesting PMICs
Nexperia NEH71x0 Inductorless Energy Harvesting Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) are high-performance devices for energy harvesting solutions in low-power applications. The Nexperia NEH7100 and NEH7110 PMICs offer a rich set of auxiliary features, such as storage element protection, USB charging, and low dropout (LDO). These devices are optimized to harvest energy from a wide range of sources, such as light (indoor/outdoor PV cells), kinetic (movement/vibrations), thermal variation, and electromagnetic. The NEH71x0 PMICs gather energy from a suitable harvester to charge a storage element, such as a rechargeable battery or a supercapacitor. These components are available in a 28-lead, 4mm x 4mm x QFN package.
