GTI-ATM3330e Extreme Low Power BLUETOOTH® 5.3 SoC

Globalscale Technologies GTI-ATM3330e Extreme Low Power BLUETOOTH® 5.3 SoC is a low-power solution from the Wireless SoC Series. Globalscale Technologies GTI-ATM3330e integrates a Bluetooth 5.3 compliant radio with an Arm® Cortex® M33F application processor, 128KB RAM, 64KB ROM, and 512KB nonvolatile memory (NVM). The device incorporates Arm TrustZone® for security and advanced power management for extended battery life in IoT devices. It optimizes battery usage with a 0.85mA radio receiver and a 2.1mA radio transmitter power consumption. The SoCs support low-duty cycle operation for prolonged device lifespan. The devices can operate directly from harvested energy sources like RF, photovoltaic, thermal, and mechanical, with innovative wakeup mechanisms for additional power efficiency.
