IAM-20380 High-Performance Gyroscopes

TDK InvenSense IAM-20380 High-Performance Gyroscopes feature a 3-axis integration, enabling manufacturers to eliminate the costly and complex system-level integration of discrete devices. The gyroscopes come in a small 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm 16-pin LGA package. The series offers a 0.5VDD to 4VDD voltage range, a 400kHz clock frequency, 512-byte FIFO, and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
