SN74AXC8T245/Q1 8-Bit Dual-Supply Bus Transceivers

Texas Instruments SN74AXC8T245/Q1 8-Bit Dual-Supply Bus Transceivers determine voltage level mismatch between 0.7V-0.9V devices and 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V standard devices. Using two independent power-supply rails (V_CCA and V_CCB), the SN74AXC8T245 can operate as low as 0.65V. Supply voltage from 0.65V to 3.6V is accepted in data pins A1 through A8, designed to monitor V_CCA. B1 through B8 data pins track V_CCB, which allows 0.65V to 3.6V supply voltage. Developed for asynchronous communication between data buses, the SN74AXC8T245 transmits data from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus. This feature depends on the logic level of the direction-control inputs (DIR1 and DIR2).
