TCMT4100 & TCMT4106 Optocouplers

Vishay Semiconductors TCMT4100 and TCMT4106 Optocouplers consist of a phototransistor optically coupled to a GaAs IR-emitting diode. These optocouplers incorporate a 16-pin (quad channel), low-profile package with an SMD/SMT mounting style. The optocouplers have elements mounted on a lead frame, providing a fixed distance between input and output for the highest safety. Vishay Semiconductors TCMT4100 and TCMT4106 Optocouplers have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and a maximum forward DC current of 60mA.
