IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

TPS92623-Q1 Automotive High-Side LED Driver

Texas Instruments TPS92623-Q1 Automotive High-Side LED Driver is a three-channel device featuring a unique thermal management design to reduce the temperature rising. Automotive batteries directly power the TPS92623-Q1 linear driver with large voltage variations to output full current loads up to 150mA per channel. The external shunt resistors are leveraged to share output current and dissipate power out of the driver. The TPS92623-Q1 driver's full-diagnostic capabilities include LED open, LED short-to-GND circuit, and device overtemperature protection. The one-fails–all-fail feature of TI TPS92623-Q1 can work together with other LED drivers, such as the TPS9261x-Q1, TPS9262x-Q1, TPS92630/8-Q1, and TPS92830-Q1 devices, to address different requirements.
