IXYS MCNA220PD2200YB High-Voltage Thyristor Modules are thyristors for line frequency in a Y4 package. The MCNA220PD2200YB High-Voltage Thyristor Modules feature a planar passivated chip and offer long-term stability. These thyristors offer 345A on-state RMS current, 7.2kA non-repetitive on-state current, 2200V rated repetitive off-state voltage, and 200mA maximum holding current. Applications include line rectifying 50Hz/60Hz, soft-start AC motor control, DC motor control, and more.

MCNAxxYA/YB Dual Thyristor Diodes

IXYS MCNAxxYA/YB Dual Thyristor Diodes offer a 1.18V to 1.19V voltage range, 150A to 220A current range, and 4800V isolation voltage. These diodes feature long-term stability, a planar passivated chip, and a Y4 package with advanced power cycling and reduced weight. IXYS MCNAxxYA/YB Dual Thyristor Diodes are ideal for power converters, lighting and temperature control, and DC motor control.

Single- & Dual-Thyristor Modules

IXYS Single- and Dual-Thyristor Modules are single- or dual-thyristor modules with 800V to 2200V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 18A to 700A average forward output current. IXYS single- and dual-thyristors feature 3000V isolation voltage (UL recognized) and low forward voltage drop of 0.72V to 0.85V. These planar passivated chips utilize direct copper board (DCB) substrate technology.
