NCV760040 Power Switch IC

onsemi NCV760040 Power Switch IC is an automotive-grade integrated driver with four high-side switches. This device features a per-channel adjustable current limit and is protected from overtemperature conditions. The NCV760040 IC also features low Quiescent current in sleep mode, overtemperature shutdown, open load detection, loss of ground protection, and short-to-battery protection. This power switch is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant. The NCV760040 IC is ideal for camera switches, LEDs, sensors, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), infotainment, and Power Over Coax (PoC).
