600V MSJL120N60FH MOSFET

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 600V MSJL120N60FH MOSFET leverages super junction technology and an integrated FRED body diode to facilitate high-speed switching and recovery. This MOSFET features a low gate charge and RDS(on) of 100Ω, which significantly improve switching speeds and reduce losses in a range of demanding applications. The MSJL120N60FH MOSFET also features a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.47°C/W that assures reliable operation in high-temperature environments. This MOSFET comes in a low-profile DFN8080A package and operates within the -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS), motor drives, inverter systems, wind turbine converters, and robotics.
