The X4-Class power MOSFETs are pin compatible with the standard TO-247 package and are easy to upgrade from existing designs for higher power output. Commercial & Tactical UAV Systems

These systems provide fuses for input protection/overcurrent protection, MOSFETs for semiconductor switching, and TVS diodes for DC output transient/surge protection.
