Mikroe MIKROE-3063 USB UART 3 Click is a USB to UART interface designed to quickly add USB 2.0 full-speed compliant UART interfaces for custom applications. The device eliminates firmware complexity and reduces development time. The board requires drivers to be installed in the host OS to support the virtual COM port functionality. Once installed, this device offers amazing connectivity options, up to 3Mbaud, and a very low number of external components. The Mikroe device also features a simplified setup of advanced options via the GUI-based configurator (if required), and out-of-the-box functionality with the royalty-free virtual COM port drivers, provided by Silicon Labs.
