Renesas Electronics RAA604S00 Wi-SUN Radio Transceiver operates in the 863MHz to 928MHz frequency range. This Renesas Electronics versatile transceiver includes a physical (PHY) layer, supporting SUN OFDM and SUN FSK with data rates up to 2.4Mbps and 200kbps. The device provides reliable and long-range communication with programmable Tx output power up to +15dBm in SUN FSK and +11dBm in SUN OFDM. The RAA604S00 has a high receiver sensitivity of -119dBm in 12.5kbps SUN OFDM reception and -109dBm in 50kbps SUN FSK reception, making it suitable for a wide range of applications that require robust and reliable wireless communication.
