VLMU35C UVC LEDs

Vishay Semiconductors VLMU35C Ultraviolet C (UVC) LEDs are ceramic-based, low-power devices with a silicone lens for a long lifetime. These UVC LEDs feature a reflow soldering method, dimming capability, low-surface temperature, and a small footprint. The modules exhibit different radiant powers in a wavelength range of 265nm to 285nm. Vishay Semiconductors VLMU35C Ultraviolet C (UVC) LEDs are available in a 3.45mm x 3.45mm x 1.78mm package and operate in a -40°C to +80°C temperature range. Typical applications include sterilization, medical, sensing of gases, germs, and DNA.

SMD LEDs

Vishay Semiconductors SMD LEDs are designed in small packages for surface mounting. The SMD LEDs utilize InGaN and AllnGaP technology for high reliability in a demanding environment.
