Vishay / Sprague Wet Tantalum Capacitors feature a broad capacitance range of 10μF to 22,000μF and working voltages of 6.3V_DC to 125V_DC at +85°C. These capacitors are available in high temperature (+200°C) or MIL-SPEC variants such as DLA 10004, DLA 15005, DLA 93026, and M39006/09/21 (CLR65 / CLR69). Termination options include axial, radial, and SMD/SMT.
