Single- & Dual-Thyristor Modules

IXYS Single- and Dual-Thyristor Modules are single- or dual-thyristor modules with 800V to 2200V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 18A to 700A average forward output current. IXYS single- and dual-thyristors feature 3000V isolation voltage (UL recognized) and low forward voltage drop of 0.72V to 0.85V. These planar passivated chips utilize direct copper board (DCB) substrate technology.
