STMicroelectronics STM32 32-Bit Arm^® Cortex^®-M MCUs are based on the Arm Cortex-M processor and designed to offer new degrees of freedom to MCU users. STM32F103xF / STM32F103xG Performance Line MCUs

STMicroelectronics STM32F103xF / STM32F103xG XL-density STM32 Performance Line microcontrollers incorporate the high-performance ARM Cortex™-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at 72MHz, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 1MB and SRAM up to 96KB), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All STM32F103xF / STM32F103xG Performance Line MCUs offer three 12-bit analog-to-digital converters, 10 general-purpose 16-bit timers plus two PWM timers, and standard and advanced communication interfaces (up to two I²Cs, three SPIs, two I²Ss, one SDIO, five USARTs, an USB and a CAN).
