Cree XLamp® CXB3590 LED Arrays are high‑flux, multi‑die integrated arrays, offering high performance in an easy-to-use platform. With XLamp LED lighting‑class reliability, the CXB3590's uniform emitting surface enables both directional and non‑directional lighting applications and luminaire and lamp designs. Available in 2‑step, 3‑step, and 5-step color consistency the CXB3590 LEDs provide high lumen output and high efficacy in a single, easy‑to‑use package that eliminates the need for reflow soldering.

The Cree LED XLamp CXB3590 LEDs are housed in a 27.35mm x  27.35mm package with a 23mm optical source.
