EZ-PD™ CCG7S USB Single-Port USB-C Power Delivery

Infineon Technologies EZ-PD™ CCG7S USB Single-Port USB Type-C^® Power Delivery offers a single-port USB-C Power Delivery (PD) solution with a buck-boost controller and the option of integrated MOSFETs. It complies with the USB Type-C and PD specifications (ver. 3.2) and is targeted for applications such as head-unit chargers, rear-seat chargers, and rear-seat entertainment systems. The integrations reduce the BOM and provide an optimized footprint for solutions of up to 100W of power output. The Infineon Technologies EZ-PD CCG7S is qualified for automotive applications and is validated according to the AEC-Q100 Grade 2 standard.
