F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors

Vishay / BC Components F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors are available in Class X1, Class X2, and AEC-Q200-qualified Class Y2 varieties. These modules offer a 305V_AC or 480V_AC voltage rating and a capacitance range of 0.001µF to 4.7µF with ±20%, ±10%, and ±5% tolerance. The Class X and Y safety capacitors are designed for high robustness under high humidity while meeting the IEC60384-14:2013 standard. Vishay F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors are lead free and RoHS compliant.
