TB9084FTG Automotive Gate Driver IC

Toshiba TB9084FTG Automotive Gate Driver IC is designed for automotive brushless motors. This module is equipped with a charge pump, an oscillation circuit, an SPI communication circuit, a motor current sensing circuit, and multiple types of abnormality detection circuits. The TB9084FTG is used in 12V battery systems and jumpstart environments. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified and allows abnormality detection conditions and reaction operation after abnormality detection is set via the SPI communication. Toshiba TB9084FTG Automotive Gate Driver IC is ideal for motor generators, electric oil pumps, and automotive body system applications such as power tailgates and power sliding doors.
