KP27F 0.5mm Pitch Board-to-Board Connectors

Hirose Electric KP27F 0.5mm Pitch Board-to-Board Connectors combine high-speed signal transmission with a floating design that absorbs PCB misalignment. The header-side floating structure moves by ±0.8mm in the X and Y directions, allowing multiple connectors to be installed on one board. Large guide posts provide a ±1.2mm self-alignment range for smooth, controlled mating. The KP27F series supports transmission speeds up to 8Gbps and uses shielding, retention tabs, and grounding connections to help control EMI. A recommended pin assignment supports 100Ω differential impedance and helps contain crosstalk. The connectors feature a 0.5mm contact pitch, 21mm stacking height, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Hirose Electric KP27F connectors are offered in 60-position and 170-position configurations.
