TMCS1133/TMCS1133-Q1 Hall-Effect Current Sensors
Texas Instruments TMCS1133/TMCS1133-Q1 Hall-Effect Current Sensors are galvanically isolated with multiple sensitivity options ranging from 25mV/A to 150mV/A. The output voltage, proportional to the input current, provides superior low drift and linearity at all sensitivity options. These sensors operate from a single 3V to 5.5V power supply and eliminate ratiometry errors. The TMCS1133/TMCS1133-Q1 sensors feature 80ARMS high continuous current capability, robust reinforced isolation, 1MHz signal bandwidth, and 50ns propagation delay. The sensors offer high immunity to external magnetic fields and can sense bi- and unidirectional current ratings. These sensors are used in EV charging, power supplies, industrial AC-DC, and solar energy applications. The TMCS1133 sensors are available in a 10.3mm x 10.3mm DVG (SOIC, 10) package. The TMCS1133-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
