TPS38/TPS38-Q1 65V Input Voltage Detectors

Texas Instruments TPS38/TPS38-Q1 65V Input Voltage Detectors come with 1µA IDD, 1% accuracy, and a fast 10µs detection time. These devices can be connected directly to a 12V/24V automotive battery system to continuously monitor over- (OV) or under- (UV) voltage conditions. With its internal resistor divider, it offers a small total solution size. Wide hysteresis voltage options are available to ignore cold crank, start-stop, and various car battery voltage transients. Built-in hysteresis on the SENSE pins prevents false reset signals when monitoring a supply voltage rail.
