Nexperia BCP56H 80V 1A NPN Medium Power Transistors feature a high collector current capability and are housed in a medium power SOT223 (SC-73) surface-mounted plastic packages. The BCP56H features three current gain selections, high power dissipation capability, and an AEC-Q101 qualification.
